BINDING EFFECT. This is a legally binding agreement. By using the Sites or any Services provided in connection with the Sites, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as they may be amended by Razoreye Media Group Ltd. ("Company") from time to time in its sole discretion and without specific notice to you. Company will post a notice on the Sites any time these Terms of Use have been changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Sites and cease all use of the Services and the Sites. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Sites, the content, products or services provided by or through the Sites, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

Consent To Binding Arbitration Before The American Arbitration Association
By execution of this Agreement Subscriber hereby consents and agrees that any and all disputes that may arise concerning this Agreement or any of the terms of this Agreement, or that concern any aspect of the relationship between Subscriber and Company, shall be decided exclusively in binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (hereinafter the “AAA”). Subscriber and Company further consent and agree Subscriber may file its complaint with the AAA in its state of residence, but that all AAA arbitration hearings shall be conducted in California before a single AAA arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Section R-13, Appointment from Panel, of AAA's Commercial Arbitration rules. Subscriber and Company consent and agree that the AAA arbitrator shall exclusively apply.

MODIFICATIONS. Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, (a) revise these Terms of Use; (b) modify the Sites and/or the Service; and (c) discontinue the Sites and/or Service at any time. Company shall post any revision to these Terms of Use to the Sites, and the revision shall be effective immediately on such posting. You agree to review these Terms of Use and other online policies posted on the Sites periodically to be aware of any revisions. You agree that, by continuing to use or access the Sites following notice of any revision, you shall abide by any such revision.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY. No refunds except as stated on individual product sites. After any advertised guarantee period, all purchases are final. Upon obtaining a refund to a purchase, you warrant that you will destroy or delete any digital copies of the products purchases and that you will make no use of such products in any way after the refund.

Web Detective Pro Terms and Conditions
Access to Web Detective Pro’s vast investigative and search resources is only available to subscribers to the Web Detective Pro membership subscription (hereinafter the “Subscription”). The following terms and conditions define the Subscription you are entering and form a binding agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between you and Razoreye Media Group, the company that operates the Web Detective Pro product and associated websites. For purposes of this Agreement, "Subscriber" refers to you and "Site" and “Company” refers to Razoreye Media Group. “Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to the Web Detective Pro website, located at the URL http://www.web-detective.com and/or at any associated URL, or to any email or other advertising medium which promotes a Web Detective Pro product or service.

Subscriber agrees by requesting Subscription to accept these terms and conditions and certifies it has been notified in writing of this right to cancel. Subscriber waives any and all right to claim it has not been notified of such.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES AND ADVERTISEMENTS - A Razoreye Media Service may contain links to other websites and services. While we try to link only to sites and services that share our high standards and respect for privacy, please understand that we are not responsible for the content of, or the privacy practices employed by, other companies or websites. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT. You shall not make the following types of Content available. Affiliate shall examine the terms and conditions under which the email addresses on all third party lists were originally compiled to ensure that all recipients have in fact opted-in to the type of mailing list Affiliate intends to operate. Affiliate shall ensure that all third party lists used by or on behalf of Affiliate were collected by the third party source in accordance with the same standards listed above, and Affiliate must create a new emailing list when there is a substantive change in either the subject matter or frequency of messages. A notification about the new emailing list may be appropriate on the existing emailing list, but existing subscribers should never be subscribed automatically to the new list.

This Terms of Use Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in San Francisco, California, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Sites (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in above. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in San Francisco, California. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extraterritorial service of process.

SPAMMING IS NOT PERMITTED. Spamming is any form of emailing for a commercial purpose that is unsolicited. If Affiliate spams, Company reserves the right at any time and without notice to terminate Affiliate's status as an affiliate and to notify any third party affiliate programs to terminate Affiliate as an affiliate of Company. To prevent this from happening, Company has instituted an Anti-Spam Policy that sets forth the minimum standards to which Company requires its Affiliates to adhere in light of current laws, rules and regulations governing the transmission of email and the best practices in the industry. In the event any state or federal law, rule or regulation governing email communications is enacted or amended after the effective date of the Agreement, setting forth standards more restrictive than those set forth herein, the more restrictive standards contained in such enacted or amended law, rule or regulation shall apply to all Affiliates, notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Anti-Spam Policy. Any emails, email newsletters, or other forms of marketing campaigns by Affiliate MUST be conducted with "permission" or "opt-in" emails lists and must meet the following standards to prevent Affiliate's account from being labeled as "SPAM".
